BVL

The abbreviation BVL stands for Bundesvereinigung Logistik.

With over 10,000 managers and specialists from the fields of logistics and supply chain management, it is the largest German logistics association. BVL was founded in 1978 and has its headquarters in Bremen.

Various representatives from industry, trade, services, science, business and politics work closely together here. The regional groups organise many events. This imparts knowledge and establishes contacts in the sectors. The BVL also publishes its own series of publications.

Education and research, also in the form of seminars and certified courses, are very important and are supported by the BVL working groups, among others. In addition, the German Logistics Prize is awarded annually in Berlin.
